Technically, I don't think that was ever explicitly said, mind you, but it does feel heavily implied at certain points in Rogue One.

The whole Force plot armor thing was actually pretty creative. It seemed like a legitimate, logical way to seriously implement a type of plot armor into a movie.

It was decently creative and managed to fill a couple of plotholes. Imagine, filling plotholes with plot armor. o_O
 
Need to raise my Suicune so I can get it competitively viable.. was going to go for Scald, Calm mind Aqua ring, and Air Slash..

Half the moves on it are attacks. And if a Pokemon like Kartana comes in, it walls the heck outta you while taking advantage of it’s high Attack and your lack of Defense-Boosting moves.


Also, max HP Shuckle is OP. My moveset: Contrary, Shell Smash, Rest, Stone Edge/Sleep Talk, and Gyro Ball, and Leftovers as le item. Assign points and nature for a more Sp. Defensive or more Defensive wall. Contrary Shell Smash lowers your Attack, Sp. Attack, and Speed but raises your Def. and Sp. Def. The lowered speed combined with the already low base Speed makes Gyro Ball hit very hard, even if Shuckle has a very low Attack. Watch this wall everything.

I can understand wanting to go for the novelty of aqua ring but it's simply not a very good move, you'd be better off going with somefin like scald/rest/sleep talk/calm mind. If you want air slash I guess you could try giving it a chesto berry and replacing sleep talk with it but I doubt you'll get good results, feel free to try tho.

still not sure if you're serious about that set but I'm going to keep assuming you are. I've used contrary shell smash shuckle and I'll agree that it's a fun set that can work but with shuckle's stats you're forced to use either toxic or infestation as your source of damage. I think the set I used was rest/shell smash/toxic/power split, was way back in bw nu iirc so I can't say I remember for sure.
