Afterwards, it speak telepathy to Ash and his classmate in a intimating way to revealed the plot for it revenge against the people that done to it.

It no exception and very obvious that Rotom will definitely goring freak out after scanning Necrozma true form transformation as the "Blinding One" after absorbing it light completely either from the hosts (Solgaleo & Lunala) . Not to even mention, It psychic type are among that can speak telepathy and with the power that is equivalent to Arceus. It is no surprise, it will speak and may going to be added at the Talked Pokémon article once after it confirmed.

I think will just be like in the Sun and Moon post-game: it is initially mistaken for an Ultra Beast until its true name and nature are revealed.
