Bulbagarden Skyscraper

The rules are simple, Bulbagarden forums is building a skyscraper, and you get to decide what goes on each floor! The only downside is that the plans say the skyscraper can have an endless amount of floors... If you had a skyscraper, what floors would you put on it? Structure your posts like so:

Floor ####
This floor has a zoo, that only contains Hippos.

Person 1 does floor 1, poster 2 does floor 2, etc etc.
You may not edit anyone else's floor.
There are no limits as to what you can put on your floor, meaning you could put things on a floor that typically wouldn't fit. Such as a skyscraper itself if you wanted!

Had a quick look and couldn't see anything like this, but if there is then I apologise. (I found this on another forum whilst I was looking at the mafia championships, so just wanted to point out it wasn't my creation!)

Ill start then,
Floor 0:
This floor contains four levitating cows.

Floor 1: This floor contains the food that allows the cows on floor 0 to levitate

Floor 2:
This floor contains a derelict pirate ship, overrun by giant lobsters

Floor 3:
This floor contains a dollhouse with some dolls and dress-up items

Floor 4: This floor is on fire. Hopefully it doesn't spread

Floor 5: This floor looks just like the Sootopolis City Gym, complete with the Gym Trainers and Gym Leader.

Floor 6: is the parking lot of the building for some reason

Floor 7: The Krusty Krab

Floor 8: An attempt at a normal office. People who work on this floor regularly had to go to the other floors to tell them to shut up.

Floor 9: An endless void of nothingness... And a clownfish called Nemo

Floor 10: The entire plot of “A Hole Lotta Trouble”

Floor 11: 2 Olympic sized swimming pools, with a lost pirate crew, possibly from floor 2.

Floor 13: Sushi High Roller in Pokémon X&Y but it lets you in and you get free food

Floor 14: Bedrooms for the entire F&G/TWR userbase

Floor 15: a bed, a dresser with a TV, a table with a remote, a closet, a desk, a chair, and nintendo switch
