Did you find some Pokemon not learning/learning some move illogical?

Muddy water ? Mudsdale and Palossand?
(would be cool if it would work also like Mud Sport against electric but also reduce water damage after the use)

Yes, this is the perfect way to respond to the first person to reply to a thread you created.

Anyway, first thing that comes to mind when reading the thread title is Generation I (RBG). So many moveset problems. Charizard and Dragonite couldn't learn Fly, Aerodactyl had zero Rock type moves, and so on.

EDIT: Holy damn, I just noticed this thread is pretty old. Can't believe someone revived it.
 
Another thing that bugs me out is that Shiinotic can't learn Rain Dance. AND ITS A FREAKING MUSHROOM. MUSHROOM SPORES CAN MAKE IT RAIN. WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT????
