Do you think that It is a time for BW023, and BW024, and for the entire banned episodes to appear?

I pretty much understand why it's a no go to dub a previously undubbed work (i.e. The Legend of Dratini and The Ice Cave), but as far as simply releasing what's been made undubbed, I don't see why they couldn't afford to do a stream/print On-Demand serive for episodes in general. I mean:

A. Anything being distributed is already paid for.

B. People putting forth an order I have to imagine are prepared for the offensive content and thus could even be made to fill out a form stating that the undersigned forfeits any rights to complain about the unsettling content.

I think they would rather people forget/not know about the incident. Not good for their reputation.

Some say it's too late already to release the Rocket vs. Plasma episodes.

I say the longer the wait the higher the chances they will be released as part of a Pokémon-dedicated museum whenever the franchise had grown to such ridiculously high levels it'll have more social, political and economic power than the most influential organizations in the world put together.

Which would likely have worked if the current time was 1988 and the anime started in 1967, but as the series started at the dawn of the internet age to where the net is a major way of life (i.e. the internet makes forgetting something kind of hard, even impossible), that's questionably a losing battle:D.
