GO Battle League: Timeless Travels
Niantic has announced the schedule and details for the upcoming Timeless Travels season for the GO Battle League in Pokémon GO. The season will start on December 1st, at 1:00pm (PST).

As usual, the following will occur at the beginning of the season:
  • End-of-season rewards will be available for Trainers on the battle screen.
  • Trainers' GO Battle League ranks will be reset.
  • Rank-up requirements will remain the same as in the previous season

Fantasy Cup: Great League EditionAll Dragon-, Steel-, and Fairy-type Pokémon are eligible to enter. Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter the Great League Edition.
Evolution Cup: Great League EditionAll Pokémon able to evolve, and which have not evolved even once, are eligible to enter. Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter the Great League Edition.
Hisui Cup: Great League EditionAll Pokémon found in the Pokémon Legends: Arceus Pokédex are eligible to enter. Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter the Great League Edition.
Great League RemixAs per Great League, with the exception that the 20 Pokémon most used by Trainers of Ace rank and up in the Great League will not be eligible. Currently, the following Pokémon are not eligible:
Alolan Sandslash, Alolan Ninetales, Wigglytuff, Noctowl, Lanturn, Azumarill, Umbreon, Pelipper, Sableye, Medicham, Altaria, Registeel, Defense Forme Deoxys, Bastiodon, Toxicroak, Scrafty, Galarian Stunfisk, Greninja, Talonflame, and Trevenant
Catch Cup: Timeless Travels: Great League EditionAll Pokémon caught during the Timeless Travels season, and that are at or below 1,500 CP, are eligible to enter
Catch Cup: Timeless Travels: Little EditionAll Pokémon caught during the Timeless Travels season, and that are at or below 500 CP, are eligible to enter

GO Battle Week: Timeless Travels
A special GO Battle Week will be held from Friday January 19th at 10:00am local time, through to Wednesday January 24th 8th at 11:59pm local time, overlapping with the simultaneous run of the Great League, Ultra League, and Master League. During this week, the following bonuses will be active:
  • Trainers will receive 4× Stardust from win rewards (separate to the end-of-set rewards, and not stacking with the 4× Stardust bonus in January.)
  • The maximum number of sets Trainers can play per day will be increased from five to 10 - for a total of 50 battles - from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local time.
GO Battle Weekend Timed Research
Both free and paid battle-themed Timed Research will be available over this Battle Weekend. All rewards from this Timed Research must be claimed before Sunday, January 24th, at 11:59pm local time.

Completing the free Timed Research will award Trainers with the Ingo-Style Hat avatar item, among other rewards. The Paid Timed Research will be available for US$1.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in each local currency), and will award Stardust, Rare Candy, and one Star Piece on completion. This Timed Research can also be gifted to any friend with a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher.

Timeless Travels: Go Battle Day
A special GO Battle Day will be held on February 10th, between 12:00am and 11:59pm local time, overlapping with the Master League and Evolution Cup: Great League Edition. During this day, the following bonuses will be active:
  • Trainers will receive 4× Stardust from win rewards (separate to the end-of-set rewards, and not stacking with the 4× Stardust bonus in February.)
  • The maximum number of sets Trainers can play per day will be increased from five to 20 - for a total of 100 battles - from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local time.
GO Battle Weekend Timed Research
Free battle-themed Timed Research will be available over this Battle Day, awarding battle items and XP, amongst other items, on completion.

Go Battle League Timed Research Pass
A pass to access free battle-themed Timed Research will available to claim from the in-game shop from the start of the season. This Timed Research will keep track of Trainer's victories throughout the season, with each page requiring 100 wins to complete. Completing a page will award an amount of Stardust, plus other items including an Elite Fast TM at 400 wins, and an Elite Charged TM at 500 wins.

GO Battle League: Timeless Travels Rewards
Guaranteed rank-up encounters
Trainers can encounter the following Pokémon once per season at the designated ranks:

Trainers can encounter the following Pokémon in reward encounters throughout the season on completing a set of 5 battles:
Avatar Items and Other Rewards
At certain ranks, Trainers will also be able to earn avatar items and a pose inspired by the leader of Ingo, one of the leaders of the Battle Subway in Black, White, Black 2, and White 2:
  • Ace rank: Ingo-Style Gloves and Shoes
  • Veteran rank: Ingo-Style Pants
  • Expert rank: Ingo-Style Shirt
  • Legend rank: Ingo-Style Pose
At rank 19, Trainers will receive an Elite Charged TM. An Elite Fast TM will also be given as an end-of-season reward to Trainers reaching this rank.
