I cook a lot of steaks in my line of work, so I figure I'll ask you guys.

Personally prefer mine Medium Rare. Best consistency and taste.

I think we only have well done in most of Greece, so I'm just used to it and like it. I might like very well done more but haven't tried it.

I perfer Medium to Medium Rare. Though Ill eat any steak as long as its not very rare/blue.

Medium well to well done(so tasty!). Can't stand much pink, but a little is alright so it's not too dry

I don't eat steak very often (mainly because it's way outside my spending range), but I like mine in between, with no pink whatsoever.

Back in the day I kinda preferred steak medium rare.

Now I eat portobello mushrooms raw and bloody, as is traditional.

Medium rare is a very nice texture to compliment the taste of steak. The only problem is that mediocre restaurants tend to screw it up (I've been served raw steak at Applebee's before).

As rare as possible. Mum likes to chime in to the waiter "She means the steak is still mooing." ^<__<^;; The only thing I like on my steak, if anything, is soy sauce or salt. Nothing else. No steak sauce. No mushrooms. No bacon. NO BUTTER (UGH GROSS WHY). Just the steak kthx.

Although one thing I absolutely HATE that some places do is like charbroil the outside and leave the inside rare (I guess this is called "black and blue"? I hate that). I will literally sit there and carve off the outside because gross. The most cooked I'll have a steak is medium, but I really prefer it super-rare.

Medium-rare: more specifically, I like my steak with only a little give, with as much juice as possible (so long as it doesn't come at the cost of texture).
