Hello. I am Turkish Pokemon fan. There are lots of Pokemon fans in Turkey but they can't reach informations about Pokemon easily so i want to help them. I want to create alternative language for Bulbapedia, Turkish. Could i do that ? Who do i talk to ? And how ? Please help me ^^
