Pair-Up with Bugsy & Scyther in Pokémon Masters EX until April 5th, with the return of their Sync Pair-Up Event from 2021

Pokémon Masters EX's 4.5 year Anniversary celebrations have now formally concluded, but that hasn't stopped the flood of returning classic events, with 2021's Bugsy & Scyther Sync Pair-Up Event making a special return to the game until April 5th, at 10:59pm (PDT). This is the first time the event has been re-run since its original run from July 22nd through August 5th, 2021. The developers have also released a small announcement regarding the game's next High Score Event, scheduled for May.

Sync Pair-Up Event: Bugsy & Scyther
As the name suggests, this special sync pair event allows players to team-up with an exclusive 4★ Sync Pair, Bugsy & Scyther, a Bug-Type Support role pair featuring an expanded sync grid, and the ability to be raised to 6★ EX.

Bugsy & Scyther can be acquired by players at 4★ rarity simply by completing the first Story area of the event. By completing stages in this event, players will be rewarded with Event Voucher U items, which can be redeemed in the shop for 4★ Power-Up items to increase the pair's move level and potential, along with Sync Orbs, and other items. All rewards can be claimed even if players have previously completed the event during its original run, and leftover custom power-ups and Sync Orbs can be traded for generic Power-Ups and Co-op Sync Orbs, though in reduced quantities.

Players should also note the following when playing this event:

• To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
• The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.
• All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
• Leftover Event Voucher U items will be automatically converted to coins at a rate of 10 coins per item at the end of the event, and sent to players' Present Boxes.

High Score Event in May
In a brief news update, the game's developers have announced that a new High Score Event will be held sometime around May. In a change from previous events, this latest High Score Event will have both Fairy- and Water-Types as recommended types, rather than the typical one recommended type for these events.
