Metapod specifically? Can't say I like it - at least, not unless it's evolved from Caterpie. Then again, I don't favour the line in general, so 3/10.

3/10 The design is somewhat forgettable, the Ability just makes it come off as a crude Slaking successor, and to top it all off, the requirements in OR/AS is just bullshit.
