I'm fairly sure it's in at least one of the game's shared chapters, haha. Of course, there's always Fire Emblem Heroes, which includes it and Dusk Falls (Fire) on certain maps.

Considering the game it comes from, it's almost like a melancholy look at what first person shooters used to be. Acknowledging, and saluting, the video games that rose and fell, to shape today. The song itself sounds like it came straight from a movie, so that's always a plus for orchestral bombing. 9/10

Well, if you have Fire Emblem Heroes they use some of its music on certain maps, haha. I mentioned two examples above, and I'm fairly sure they come up early on in Fates itself.
