Story Event: Summer Nights and Wishing Stars
More returning content is coming to Pokémon Masters EX this week, with a re-run of 2022's Summer Nights and Wishing Stars story event. A host of Summer Seasonal Sync Pairs from the past 3 years are also making their return for a limited time in Seasonal Spotlight, Tiered, and Ticket Scouts. Both the event and scout will be available until July 19th.

Story Event: Summer Nights and Wishing Stars

Summer Nights and Wishing Stars follows N and Hilda as they celebrate a Pasio festival. This event is available in-game now, and will continue until July 19h, at 10:59pm (PDT). By completing battles during this event, players can earn special Summer Ticket B and Summer Ticket B+ items, which can be exchanged for a variety of valuable items including Song Key No. 00030, used to unlock the song Sync Pair Showtime, as well as Support and Tech Move Candy Coins, and 5★ Scout Tickets. Players can also obtain Gems and Event Medals for completing special missions during the event. All rewards can be claimed even if players have previously completed the event during its original run between June 30th and July 17th, 2022.

As usual for events of this type, players will have an increased chance of receiving bonus rewards if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the greater the bonus received. The applicable Sync Pairs and reward rates are as follows:
These bonuses stack additively, so having a team consisting of N (Summer 2022) & Zoroark, Hilda (Summer 2022) & Grapploct, and Gloria (Summer 2021) & Inteleon would grant a combined +160% (x2.6) rewards.

The Super Spotlight Seasonal Scout, Seasonal Tiered Scout, and Seasonal Featured Ticket Scout offer players an opportunity to scout the featured sync pairs from the Summer Nights and Wishing Stars story event, along with other past Summer Seasonal Sync Pairs.
More information about each of these sync pairs can be found via the Bulbapedia links above.

The Super Spotlight Seasonal Scout includes a daily discount, where players can perform a single scout for x100 paid gems. This daily discount can be used up to 3 times per day during the entire length of the scout. The Seasonal Tiered Scout meanwhile has five tiers, each of which is a Sync Pair Scout ×11. Players are able to scout once on each tier by using Paid Gems, with the amount of gems increasing with each tier. Additionally, Tiers 2 through 5 grant the player additional in-game rewards.
  • Tier 1: 1,000 Paid Gems
  • Tier 2: 1,500 Paid Gems - 5★ Power-Ups ×3
  • Tier 3: 2,000 Paid Gems - 5★ Great Scout Ticket F, which can be used in the Seasonal Featured Ticket Scout.
  • Tier 4: 2,500 Paid Gems - 5★ Power-Ups ×7
  • Tier 5: 3,000 Paid Gems - Player's choice of 5★ Sync Pairs from those included in the scout
The Super Spotlight Seasonal Scout and Seasonal Tiered Scout will both run until July 19th at 10:59pm (PDT). The associated Ticket Scout meanwhile runs through to July 26th, at 10:59pm (PDT). Tickets must be used prior to this scout ending.

Battle Villa
Battle Villa

The Battle Villa, a recurring event that allows players to use up to 9 sync pairs to progress through its stages, opened this week, and will be available for players to challenge until July 17th, at 10:59 pm (PDT). Performing well in this challenge will allow players to obtain up to 2000 gems, as well as items to upgrade their sync pairs including cookies and lucky scrolls. To enter the Battle Villa, players must progress past Chapter 7: Where There's a Will, There's a Way (Normal) in single player mode.

Players who complete every hall in the Battle Villa will be able to skip certain halls the next time the Battle Villa opens. Halls that are skipped will still award first-time rewards, however any coin completion rewards, XP, and bonus awards will not be granted. Skipped halls also do not count towards any associations missions.

Champion Stadium - Hoenn Challenge
Champion Stadium: Hoenn Challenge

Until August 6th, at 10:59pm (PDT), the Champion Stadium is rotating around to Hoenn, giving Trainers the opportunity to challenge Sinnoh Elite Four members Sidney, Phoebe, Glacia, and Drake as well as Champions Steven and Wallace. The exact roster of opponents will change weekly, offering players the chance to play against both the Ruby and Sapphire lineup, and the Emerald lineup.

Successful Trainers will gain access to Master Mode, which allows players to face more challenging battles against the Elite Four, an in-game badge that signifies their accomplishment, and other special reward items including Champion Spirit, which can be used to raise sync pairs up to 6★ EX.

To participate in the Champion Stadium, Trainers must have completed Main Story Chapter 10: A Reason to Battle (Normal) in single-player. To attempt the Hoenn Challenge, players must also have completed the Kanto Challenge on Normal difficulty. The Normal difficulty of the Kanto Challenge is always available, regardless of the current regional rotation of the Champion Stadium.
