EDIT: Also, if you want to center images in your signature, you can surround the entire grouping with the center BBCode, rather than using indents. Will give a more consistent appearance, regardless of screen resolution.

I tried making them smaller in Photoshop, but that somehow gave them white borders I can't seem to fix. So I messed around with some color settings (some of them have a bit less bright color now) and they should now combine to 490kb.

My paint.net tells me it's about 590px in width, so you're just barely in the range of 600px!

The bottom line of text is technically too wide, but we've decided that parts that credit the artists of banners/avatars don't count for the sig limits. So you're good

807 x 190px, so both too tall and too wide sadly.

What you can do about the width is shorten the lines of text. To give you an idea of how long it can be, the following fits exactly within the limits:
"Claims(Sableye 5/3/13; Satori Komeiji - Touhou Chireiden ~ Subterranean Animism 12/25/16; Koishi Komeiji - Touhou Chireiden ~ Subterranean" (so the "Animism 12/25/16)" part makes it go over the limit).

The height you can fix with one of the following:
- Delete both lines of text.
- Or delete the gif.
- Or use a smaller version of the gif. This would be small enough when used together with both lines of text:
