Use code「THA12022CHAMP」in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet to receive Chaiyawat Traiwichcha's Shiny Grimmsnarl - code expires August 18th

A limited-time distribution of Shiny Grimmsnarl, based on the one used by Chaiyawat Traiwichcha in the Masters division of the 2022 Pokémon Thailand Championships, is scheduled to be announced for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet tomorrow as part of the Worlds 2023 Pika Fiesta! Campaign in Malaysia. However, due to the password format for this distribution following the same pattern as previous years, fans have managed to guess the password 「THA12022CHAMP」and obtain Grimmsnarl early. This distribution is available in-game now, and will remain continue through until August 18th.

This Grimmsnarl has 31 IVs in all stats other than Attack, which has an IV of 0. They have 252 EVs in HP, 212 in Defense, 36 in Special Defense, and 4 each in Speed and Special Attack.

In a separate distribution, a password for a set of sandwich ingredients is currently being distributed in Pokémon Center stores in Japan. Using the code 「NATSUN0T0KKUN」, players can receive 5 each of Bananas, Peanut Butter, Butter, and Red Poké Ball Picks. This distribution will be available in-game through until September 30th, at 2:59pm (UTC) / 11:59pm (JST).

Players can receive these gifts by selecting Poké Portal from the X menu in Pokémon Scarlet or Violet, and then selecting Mystery Gift, and then Get with Code/Password. Players will then need to enter a code at the prompt after the game has connected to the internet. Only one code can be entered at a time. A paid Nintendo Switch Online membership is not required to receive code distributions.
