What Moves/Abilities/Items would you make?

A variant of False Swipe is that is not Normal-type.

Perhaps a Ghost variant? Since Ghost types can't normally be hit with normal type moves. It could be used for catching other Ghost type Pokemon.
Something like 'Faint' or 'Mist' Swipe, could be it's name.
