One problem with that: it's not finished, merely abandoned. It wouldn't be fair to all of the stories that have proper conclusions to them.

Work does not necessarily need to be finished to sit in the Archive. We recently had to move a number of incomplete stories there for various reasons, and SI got a lot further than many of those.
