It has its issues but it's mostly nice. I think in most countries there are more poor than rich people and my country is no exception, but you can still live safely. We have many native spiders but they all live in the jungle.

Honestly no. It always depends on where you live. E.g. Russia: There are only a few poisonous animals there and the people are poor.
