By Koharu being in her school uniform again it seems that school vacation is over. Shame the writers didn’t take advantage of school being out and the anime’s comic time to allow her to join on more adventures.

Really kinda raises the question of why they’d create a shiny Hunter only to not have them in the very episode dedicated to a shiny Pokémon. It’s a total missed opportunity.
