I'm not asking for Doc claims. I'm saying since there were none, any Doctors would assune they're the only one and protect Lone. Lone not being protected successfully just makes multiple Docs seem less likely.

Maybe, but why do you ask? We haven't had any Doc claims if I recall, which I think makes two Docs increasingly unlikely because both would have protected Lone.
