It's a cool item that gives more incentive to use multi-hit moves without being a straight up Skill Link clone. Now all we need is more consistency between the accuracy and base power of multi-hit moves.
For example, Fury Swipes
I'd change it where the game actually tells you when the ability activates its effect. Sure, you can do the math yourself but other abilities already announce themselves during a battle. The starter abilities should be on that list.
Fillet Away
Change so that the game indicates when the abilities take effect. I feel like it makes sense for these abilities since they are meant to be a last ditch effort where the starter essentially powers up before they are knocked out.
Payback
Keep
It's a fun ability, especially for Slowbro considering that it's meant to be slow and have delayed reactions. I also like how it stacks with Quick Claw to give you an almost 50/50 chance of going first.
I choose Knock Off.
