How strong is the base power of Return right after it's traded and reset?

Approximately how long on a fast bike would it take to bring Return back to it's max power?

Just trying to determine which game to train a team on. If it takes too long to max out Return I might go against the additional trade exp boost. Thanks.

When a Pokemon is traded, Return resets to the power it originally would've had when the Pokemon was first caught.

The base happiness of a Pokemon is around 70 when it's reset, which would give Return a base power of 28. To get Return up to full power (102) would take 47360 steps or 23680 if the Pokemon is holding a soothe bell.
