Before you get turned off by the Attack and speed, This is supposed to be a TrapPasser Umbreon, so the attack doesn't matter. The speed is poor on purpose, so Umbreon takes the hit before baton passing a Wish (So the poke getting the wish doesn't get smacked). As for Impish, I figure if you just pack it's special Defense and HP, it will still be good (considering curse isn't always fast enough to increase your defense).​

Well if you EV for me or you give me a pokemon, or help me in some way, I give you a credit(point) That can be used on anything in this shop. =) I don't normally EV my stuff beacause I figure you guys like giving it your own EV spreads right? Not one that I give you xD (Quiet Clefable and Latios are EVd)
 
I'm interested in DokiDoki's Latias and Hazel's Gastly. May I ask for OT and ID for Latias as I may consider using it for VGC.

In return, I would like to offer Hazel's Eevee with Hidden Power Electric and Bobak's Baton Pass Gliscor.

I'll edit this post for they're EV spread and IVs.
