Wow... its amazing how confused you guys got over the whole "closed/slots filled" thing. What AceTrainer14 meant by "closed" was that the slots were full. Its just mixed up terminology. No need to get so confused over it...

Anyway, here are the finished requests! The reason they too so long is because... well, I had gotten a bit intimidated by Shiay and Aori. xD Alot of their banners seriously surpass mine, so I got a bit dispirited. But I'm done with that. We all have our own styles, each awesome in their own way.

Hey Blaze, mind making me some banners similar-style to AceTrainer14's requests?

Could you make a background of LittleRoot Town and have a Treecko to the left and a Lotad on the right. Saying "Chapter One: A Fresh Beginning!" in the center.

For the second chapter, could you have the cycling road as a background with an Electrike and a Wingull on the right and the left respectively. side. Saying "Chapter Two: As Quick As Lightning!"

You know that Flygon Forever banner you never did? Well I'm requesting for that again. Can I have it how I asked for it, except with Matisse ITC text instead of Algerian or Old English? I wanted a leafy background (and if you can't find one, something like the one in the Link banner I said was awesome) with the Sugimori art of Flygon on the left, but instead of a sprite in the corner, I would like an artwork NOT by Sugimori (Google Flygon pictures, there's a lot of good ones) to the right, with text in the middle that says "FLygon Forever". Can you do it this time?
 
I'm just here to request 16 Gym Badges for the IPGL, one for each type if you could, just try and keep the theme of your new IPGL logo.

That's just... it's so... You know what? You've probably heard every possible positive adjective and compliment there is by now, so I'm gonna make my thanks a little different:

There's as much win in this banner as there are cows and randomness in this video. Yeah, that's how awesome that banner is.

yo i have a request for a new banner if you have some time:

i would like a basic trainer with a lime green vest black shirt and black pants at the centeralso if possible i would like it to have hair like Cyrus the leader of team Galactic but insted of blue a light-brown color.

then i would like the following pokemon from left to right

Blastidon,Infenape,Leafeon...trainer...Bulbasaur,Gallade,Empoleon

the background something that reminds you of Iron Island.
and in the skyline have "THE RICH BECKXX"

also i am in need of a new icon could you send me an image of that trainer with bulbasaur at his side

K, I think there's an open slot...if I'm wrong really sorry, just hope I didn't miss it:).
Anyhow, I would like a Feraliagtr with it's hands ringed in ice (like an Ice Punch) to the left. Next to it is an Arcanine, and flying above is a Flygon. Just to the right of the Arcanine is a Venusaur. You can decrease them in size, but there shouldn't be a huge proportional difference. And in the left, it should say "FEAR THE HEART. TRUST THE SOUL".Yeah, random, I know. Pretty bold writing, but not too thick.

Speaking of bold, can you make the background fiery, with a little black? Thanks!
EDIT!!!:Also, notched eared Pichu jumping up: http://tinyurl.com/yfom8zp. You can maybe separate the images? if not I can get another one.

Oh, and I don't know if you can, but if so, can you make the Flygon shiny? I'm not sure if you can recolor it to be shiny, since i want the image to have that original boldness look...though if you can use a shiny flygon image then make it bold that works too.
