Well I finally got Sm4sh. I've decided to main Shulk, really like his reach and the ability to beat certain threats through changing his nuetral B. I also love his side-smash, let's me jump over attacks like ZSS blaster, hit hard back. Plus he's beautiful those abs

Also, I assume you ment Side Special, not Side Smash when refering to Backslash, correct?

One thing I dislike is a few of the characters don't have a vulnerability after most of their moves. Makes them annoying to face because even if you dodge the smash attack they can recover and hit you with a lighter attack. If you dodge this you give them position again. Maybe I'm just bad but Rosalina is pretty hard for me to beat, even if I roll out of her Luma she can just hit me with her nuetral A then side smash me back away.

Yeah, Rosalina is an excruciating pain to deal with when used right, especially when it comes to online matches, though I presonaly find the Duck Hunt Duo just as annoying.

Very few attacks are actually safe. It's a combination of their range, shiedstun, and your character's star up lag that determines whether you can punish a whiff in time.
Rosaluma is pretty safe in most of her moveset if she spaces well. (go Luma <3)
