Apparently I did sleep through an earthquake once. I mean, it was a very small scale earthquake, but there were tremors that could be felt even in my city.

I remember an earthquake on the east coast a few years back that was originally in Virginia. It wasn't too big in Maryland but considering we're not really prepared for them we needed to make precautions..
