While I am looking forward to seeing how huge Dynamax Pokémon like Wailord and the major Legendaries will get and seeing what Dynamax battles will be like in the anime, I agree that this gimmick is pretty lame and I really don’t see myself using it much.

I personally like the mechanic and am already looking forward to the inevitable day when Ash will Dynamax his Pokémon in the anime. Giant Pikachu incoming!

I like all of the regular new pokemon to some degree. I bet drednaw in particular will evolve into somefin awesome. I hope its existence results in there being a water-type biting move. For, uh....no particular reason...

I was thinking just the same thing. I don’t feel strongly either way about Drednaw itself, though, but maybe it will evolve into something even better. There was mention that it could chew through steel...a Steel evo, perhaps?
