More past story content is returning to Pokémon Masters EX this month, with a re-run of 2021's Shining Heart of Dragons Story Event. Iris (Alt.) & Hydreigon, who made their debut together with the initial run of this event, is also returning in a new Poké Fair Scout.

Continuing on from the recent launch of the new Who's the Best Singer? Story Event, Ryuki & Turtonator are making their debut in Pokémon Masters EX today in a set of Spotlight Scouts.

Today's livestream on the Pokémon Trading Card Game's official Japanese YouTube channel of part 6 of the Pokémon Card Elite Four (ポケカ四天王) series, with the deciding match for the next Pokémon Card Elite Four member, has officially unveiled a selection of cardsfrom the upcoming Shiny Treasure ex subset, the first High Class Pack for the Scarlet & Violet series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Cards from these sets will be released internationally in a future, as yet unannounced expansion.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Ranked Battles Season 12 began earlier this week on November 1st, and will continue through to November 30th, at 11:59pm (UTC). This season follows Regulation Set E, which came into force at the beginning of October with the start of Season 11, expanding the list of allowable Pokémon to include those found in The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 1: The Teal Mask.

For the first time since the conclusion of the Villain Arc, a new chapter is making its debut in Pokémon Masters EX with the addition of the Mysterious Stones to the game's Main Story. Also debuting today is the game's first Mix Scout, featuring Red in his new 5★ Sync Pair with Venusaur.

Roxie is debuting her new Sygna Suit Sync Pair with Toxtricity today in Pokémon Masters EX debut in a new Poké Fair Scout. Alongside this scout, Roxie is also taking center stage in a brand new Story Event, Who's the Best Singer?. Sygna Suit Piers & Toxtricity, who also feature in this event, will debut in their own scout next week.

The next past generation first partner evolution to make its Paldea debut in special Tera Raids will be the Ghost Flame Pokémon Hisuian Typhlosion, who will be making its first appearance in 7-star Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles between November 3rd at 00:00 (UTC), and November 5th at 23:59 (UTC), with a follow-up appearance one week later from November 10th at 00:00 (UTC), to November 12th at 23:59 (UTC).

The Scarlet & Violet - Paradox Rift Battle Pass will be launching worldwide in the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live next week. Players logging into the game starting from the beginning of this Battle Pass will receive a free deck based around Roaring Moon ex, as well as a selection of Scarlet & Violet - Paradox Rift booster packs, and tokens that can be used to purchase individual cards in game. By purchasing the Premium Pass, players can also unlock a Gholdengo ex deck, together with additional tokens, card sleeves, and coins that can be used to purchase other cosmetic items for player's decks and avatar.

A new version of Pokémon Masters EX, version 2.38.0, is now available to download. Together with this update, the monthly message from the producers of Pokémon Masters EX has revealed details on several upcoming events and changes in-game over November, including a new Main Story Chapter, a new Story Event, and the launch of the Mix Scout and Ultimate Battle features. A new Egg Event focused on Ground- and Fikghting-type Pokémon is also launching in-game today.

Earlier today, in a brief update posted on the Pokémon Trading Card Game's official Japanese homepage, the first card ban in almost three years was announced with the notice that the Scoop Up Net card, first released in the Japanese Rebellion Crash expansion in March 2020, would no longer be eligible for inclusion in Extra Regulation format decks from Friday October 27th.

Details on several upcoming events and activities in Pokémon GO across November have been announced by Niantic on their website and official account on X (formerly Twitter). over the past week, with a wide variety of events scheduled between November 1st and the beginning of December, including several events which have not yet been fully announced.

Pokémon Sleep's Halloween 2023 - Double Candy Research event will start on October 30th. Ahead of the start of this event, from October 29th at 4:00am (UTC), a selection of special Halloween 2023 Bundles will be made available from the in-game store. These bundles will remain available until the end of the event, on November 6th at 3:59pm (UTC).

Following on from The Captured King Villain Event kist a few days ago, the second Villain Event from the Unova Chapter of the Villain Arc, Team Plasma's Icy Malice, is making its own return to Pokémon Masters EX until November 2nd, at 9:59pm (PST). This is the first time the event has been re-run.

Pokémon Sleep will enter a maintenance period tomorrow on October 24th, from 1:00am (UTC), ahead of a planned update of the software to Version 1.0.11. This maintenance period is expected to last for roughly 4 and a half hours, until 5:30am (UTC). In addition to making changes to the Cooking Power-Up S main skill to cap the maximum pot capacity size at 200, the Version 1.0.11 update also implements several quality of life changes, and resolves several other gameplay bugs, including some bugs specific to Android users.

After first launching on Halloween in 2022, The Captured King Villain Event which originally ran as part of the Unova Chapter of the Villain Arc, is making a return to Pokémon Masters EX until November 2nd, at 9:59pm (PST). This is the first time the event has been re-run. Three fair-exclusive Sygna Suit wearing sync pairs featured in this Villain Event will also be making their return in a special Triple Feature Poké Fair Scout until November 11th.

Alongside yesterday's release of the official music video for PinocchioP's The Pokémon Inside My Heart, Project VOLTAGE also made two separate announcements regarding future content from the art and music collaboration project over the next month in posts on the official @PokeMikuVOLTAGE account on X (formerly Twitter).
