A brand new art exhibit has debuted in the Japanese National Crafts Museum in Kanagawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. The Pokémon × Kogei: Playful Encounters of Art and Japanese Craft exhibit features the work of 20 individuals, from living national treasures to young rising stars, taking shape as pottery, attire, metalwork, and other Japanese crafts. The exhibit runs from March 21st until June 11th, 2023, excluding Mondays. There are about 70 works, featuring Pokémon from Generations 1-8.
Funko, in collaboration with The Pokémon Company International, has officially released a new pearlescent variant of the 353 Pikachu figure from the Pop! Games subset of Funko's Pop! line of vinyl figures. The figure is the first in a line dedicated to the pearlescent design, all of which will be available exclusively via the Pokémon Center online store in the US, Canada, and UK.

In a sudden shadow-drop for Pokémon Day, the Pokémon Company has announced the launch of the Pokémon Game Sound Library, allowing fans to download music and musical scores from the Pokémon video game series at zero cost, for non-commercial personal use only.
As part of today's live stream for the Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game Champion's League, a new ex Starter Set based on Pikachu and Pawmot was announced for the first time. What arguably stole the show however wasn't reveals of new cards from this set, but the appearance of a unique new Pikachu plush deck case. The starter set and deck box will be released together in Japan on March 24th, and can be purchased either separately, for 1,800円 and 1595円 respectively, or together in a special bundle for 3,580円.

This figure displays Arceus in the middle of performing a Judgement attack, destroying the landscape of the Spear Pillar around it on the figure's stunning diorama base.
Continuing their collaboration with The Pokémon Company International, The Wand Company has announced four new Poké Ball varities that will be coming to their range of Poké Ball replicas in 2023. In addition to the Love Ball, fans this year will also be able to get their hands on replicas of the Dive Ball, Net Ball, and Luxury Ball. All of The Wand Company's Die-Cast Poké Ball Replicas feature proximity and motion-sensing, making the balls glow with multicolored lights when they are picked up, and include a stainless steel ring for display. Each ball is also packaged in it's own uniquely numbered presentation case.

The Pokémon Company has launched a new set of animated stickers for the LINE app titled "POKÉMOOOVE!". The set can be purchased from the LINE Store for 250¥, or 100 LINE coins, for users in Japan only. The set features the Paldea First-Partner Pokémon Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly, alongside a variety of different Pokémon including Pikachu, Magnemite, and Rowlet.

Universal Music Japan will tomorrow launch their new Pokémon Music Collective project with the release of 「うたう」 ("utau", meaning "sing"), a new single from popular young TikTok artist imase. From midnight Wednesday, the song will be available for download from the iTunes Store, and for streaming via Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, Deezer, and Soundcloud.
McDonald's stores in Singapore have partnered with The Pokémon Company International to release several food items with Pokémon packaging during September. The latest addition to this collaboration is a special Pikachu Carrier, which can be purchased at participating stores for SGD$12.90 when purchased together with a Family Meal, a Feast Meal, an Extra Value Meal, or with two Value Meals.
As part of a celebration of the Japanese Tsukimi (月見 "moon viewing") festival, Pokémon Center stores in Japan are distributing code cards to redeem Clefairy in-game. To receive a code card, one have to do a "Clefairy Fingers Dance" to the store staff. Additionally, a "Mid-Autumn Full Moon Special Program" will be broadcast live on Weathernews LiVE on September 10th, from 9pm to 10pm (JST). During the program, viewers will watch the moon together with the host and Clefairy. Those watching the broadcast will be able to submit images featuring the moon and Clefairy via the "Weather Report" in the "Weather News" app, with 20 winners receiving Clefairy goods.
Alongside their ongoing Pokémon Happy Meal promotion, McDonalds in Singapore have partnered with The Pokémon Company International to release several food items with Pokémon packaging during September. This includes a re-release of the popular McPepper, which disappeared from the fast food chain’s menu last September, less than a month after it was first launched.
The Pokémon Company has announced that it will be launching a special Pokémon-themed plane this September in collaboration with the Singapore-based airline Scoot. The Pikachu Jet TR is scheduled for its inaugural flight from Singapore to Tokyo, Japan this September 9th. It will operate mainly on routes between destinations in Asia, including flights between Singapore, Tokyo and Seoul.
McDonald’s Happy Meals will and currently have Pokémon toys such as a spinner, Pokémon coin and Pokémon TCG cards until the end of September 2022 in a set of Happy Meal toys called Pokémon TCG: Match Battle in Britain, Germany, Australia, New Zealand and North America. Australia and New Zealand are the only countries where the Pokémon TCG: Match Battle McDonald's Happy Meals are coming soon while the promotion is currently still happening in all of the other countries.
As previously announced, a special Pokémon Center Pop-Up Store will be opening at the 2022 Pokémon World Championships at ExCeL London from August 17th, with a range of Pokémon Center-branded products being available exclusively at the event. The Pokémon Company International today revealed the latest of those exclusive products, with four different coin and marker sets for the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
During the Pokémon Presents presentation aired August 3rd, the 2022 edition of the Pokémon World Championships trophy was unveiled. This trophy will be rewarded to the top three players in each division from the VGC and TCG, as well as in the new categories for Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE.
