The Pokémon Center has announced their latest merch collection, Treasured Way Home, featuring Scarlet and Violet mascots Koraidon and Miraidon, which will be available on March 23rd in-store at Pokémon Centers in Japan. Merchandise like t-shirts, Nintendo Switch carrying cases, and stationary will feature the two Pokémon in their Ultimate Mode and Apex Build forms. Some of the more unique pieces from the Treasured Way Home collection include an LED framed art of Miraidon and Koraidon for ¥4,950 ($33.20 USD), a glasses case with a cleaning cloth for ¥2,420 ($16.23 USD), and even kids’ sport sandals for ¥7,480 ($50.18 USD). Pieces will be available for pre-order at the Pokémon Center Online beginning March 21st,

The Toyota Motor Corporation recently revealed its impressive reproduction of Miraidon as a motorcycle, and has now debuted it for display to the public at the Waku Waku World technology showcase in Toyota City, Japan. The Miraidon motorcycle is the result of work done by the Toyota Engineering Society, a volunteer organization within the Toyota Motor Corporation to which members interested in furthering technology are appointed for one year. Work on the project began in June 2023 and was completed in just six months, fitting into the Toyota Engineering Society’s yearly theme of “Future Mobility.”

The next Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion in the Scarlet & Violet Series, Twilight Masquerade, has finally been officially announced by The Pokémon Company International. This expansion, which launches internationally on May 24th, is expected to contain cards from the Japanese Crimson Haze expansion, and the newly announced Transformation Mask expansion, which launches in Japan on April 26th. It's not yet known if all of the cards from those sets will make it over to Scarlet & Violet—Twilight Masquerade internationally, or if some will only see release in later sets.

The special distribution of Pawmot which was announced for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet late last week has now commenced. This Pawmot, which is based on Nemona's Pawmot as seen in the music video of the YOASOBI song Biri-Biri, is being released to celebrate the song's physical CD & LP release in Japan. Multithon 2024 is being held this week from March 14th to March 17th, with an additional preshow on the 13th. This year's marathon, which is raising money for BluePath Service Dogs, will feature both Pokémon Red and Pokémon Emerald, alongside Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX in a multiworld format using Archipelago. The event's stream will be active on the Multithon Twitch channel from 9:00am (PDT) to around 12:30am (PDT) each day if the event.

Even more Poké Lids are coming, this time to Fukui Prefecture, where Dragonite is the Prefectural Ambassador. The six Poké Lids feature Dragonite, along with Archen and Tyrantrum (Katsuyama), Togetic and Zigzagoon (Awara), Honedge and Toxel (Echizen), Kubfu (Eiheiji), Tatsugiri (Takahama), and Mareanie and Wiglett (Mihama). These Lids were all illustrated by sowsow, a prominent Pokémon Trading Card Game illustrator who has also contributed illustrations to Pokémon Sleep and the Pokémon x Van Gogh museum exhibit.

Niantic has announced that the annual Pokémon GO Fest will be returning once more this year with 3 separate on-site events, as well as a global event. The three on-site events will be held in Sendai, Japan from May 30th to June 2nd; Madrid, Spain from June 14th to 16th; and New York City in the United States from July 5th to 7th. The global event meanwhile will be held on July 13th and 14th. This year's edition of the Pokémon GO Fest will see the debut of the Mythical Pokémon Marshadow.

Shortly after the release earlier of Glorious Day by Eve, the final originally scheduled song for Project VOLTAGE, the official @PokeMikuVOLTAGE account on X (formerly Twitter) has announced that the project will be continuing, confirming that additional songs will be produced for the project. Vocaloid producer sasakure.UK was also announced as the first Vocaloid producer for this continuation.
