Preview Upcoming Summer Camp arc

It appears we're getting another Summer Camp Arc, just like in DP. This is where Tierno, Trevor and Shauna will debut. Xerneas will also make its non-movie anime debut during this arc. Shauna's Bulbasaur can be seen making a heart shape with its vines. Ash, Clemont and Serena can be seen wearing Sky Battle suits. It looks as if Ash's Fletchling evolves here (although this is not confirmed).

There's no further information known regarding titles, air dates, plots, etc.

Well let's see how this will Go since I WASN'T the Biggest Fan of the Summer Academy in DP. But let's see how Tireno, Shauna, and Trevor wi be handled. Also PLEASE NO Love Triangle with Ash, Serena, and Shauna Please. Also if Xerneus DOES Appear in Person I wonder how it will be handled. Overall, I'm Hoping that this will be somewhat Entertaining.

Man I can't even remember who was Trevor and Tierno. I just hope the middle guy still has his Corphish for some epic dance offs; the only mildly interesting thing about him.

This is pretty cool, just the kind of thing that could get me interested in watching again. The Summer Camp episodes in DP, the first and last ones in particular, were some of my favorites from that series so I really hope these end up being just as fun.

Interesting and unexpected information.
I wonder why they are showing it this early, considering there are probably two months until we see the first episode.
I hope that this arc helps in the main characters' development. But the thing I want the most is that Shauna, Trevor and Tierno come back afterwards. XY needs more recurring characters!!!

Rather strange that such an arc would come so early, Shauna appearing with my fav starter is nice providing they don't screw this up. There better be some character development and fleshing out coming since the cast right now imo is very boring.

Oh yay, more Kanto references... Anyways, I'm interested in how they're going to personify the traveling companions, hopefully they're able to keep things interesting. It should be fun to see them interact with Ash and co. since it has the potential to be a very dynamic group.

With the games coming out I really would have expected the XY trio to get Hoenn starters. O: That being said I enjoyed their contribution to the story arc in the games for the most part even though they were kind of bland as characters.

Awesome so it looks like in addition to the Summer Camp Arc, the gang learns about Sky Battles. Which would be even better if Serena and Clemont had Pokemon that could actually fly...

Anyway, I hope XY's Summer Camp arc is as good as DP's was. I can't wait for Shauna, Trevor and Tierno to appear! It appears as if they are also traveling as a group. Hopefully, one of them can be Ash's rival. This looks really fun. I also hope the friendship between Shauna, Bonnie and Clemont is touched upon.

Also looks like more Serena and Fennekin bonding time. Man, she sure if taking her time when it comes to another Pokemon partner.

Great! Shauna, Tierno and Trevor are finally making their debut! I was kinda worried that they might not appear in the anime. Hopefully they'll become recurring characters.
And I am looking forward to seeing Xerneas in the anime.
As for Fletchling, I am guessing that he'll evolve some time during a sky-battle based episode.
And Serena seems to be thinking about something....wonder what it is!

Since Serena first met Ash in a Pokémon Summer Camp, perhaps she is reminiscing about her time there.

Serena is a sky-trainer in the manga, so i think she'll decide becoming a sky trainer in the summer cap. Maybe she'll catch a noibat or something.

May is a coordinator in the anime but her manga counterpart collects Badges. Same goes for Dawn and her manga counterpart. Nonetheless I would like it if Sky Battles became Serena's goal, although that would make Fennekin even more useless.

I'm also interested in Serena thinking about the summer camp where she met Ash. The only flashback of that was in Giving Chase at the Rhyhorn Race so it would be nice if we got more and longer flashbacks of that.

May and Dawn had an option. (Being a coordinator) Serena does not because there are no contests in Kalos. She obviously can not collect gym badges because Ash does. So far we had two coordinators and two type specialists in the anime so maybe it's time to change and make the main girl a specific type of trainer. And the best option is a sky battler. And if not, what else they can do with her? She has to have a goal, other than being Ash's girlfriend.
