that is oddly specific

They probably done it to make it seem as if it was self-defense, and they probably used it as an excuse to execute Scotsmen, as England and Scotland used to be at each others throats like the Kardashians go for the plastic surgeon.

It's one of those bizarre archaic laws from 100's of years ago that hasn't been abolished, you can't actually do that though as modern laws prevent it (your not allowed to kill people)

Medical marijuana is now legal, though
recreational marijuana is still illegal.
"Escorts" are legal, though another related profession is illegal. You know the one I mean.
People handing out the cards for these "escorts" are held responsible for the litter when people figure out they don't want the service. The people doing the actual littering are not.

I do jaywalk all the time then.. I think we have rule here. Just no one follow them.

It even just 5-6 years ago, no one wear helmet while drove motorcycle.

One stupid law in my state is that you can't fill your own gas tank. You may or may not have guessed it-New Jersey. I mean seriously? I know they're creating jobs, but do they think drivers are too lazy to get out of their car and use a credit/debit card, take a pump, and stick it in the gas tank opening? My parents haven't complained, but I think it's really stupid.
