Malcolm Young from AC/DC died.
Malcolm Young
Malcolm Mitchell Young was an Australian musician and songwriter, best known as a co-founder, rhythm guitarist, backing vocalist and songwriter for the hard rock band AC/DC. Except for a brief absence in 1988, he was with the band from its November 1973 beginning until retiring in 2014 for health reasons. Young and the other members of AC/DC were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.
 
Mel Tillis
Lonnie Melvin Tillis was an American country music singer and songwriter. Although he recorded songs since the late 1950s, his biggest success occurred in the 1970s, with a long list of Top 10 hits.

Mitch Margo

Mitch Margo was an American singer and songwriter. Margo was a professional recording artist by the age of 14. Along with brother Phil Margo, he was a member of The Tokens. The vocal group is best known for its hit recording of "The Lion Sleeps Tonight", which rose to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and remained there for three weeks in 1961. Other hits by The Tokens include: "Tonight I Fell In Love", "I hear Trumpets Blow", "He’s In Town", and "Portrait of My Love".

James Thurston Nabors was an American actor, singer, and comedian. Nabors was born and raised in Sylacauga, Alabama, but he moved to southern California because of his asthma. He was discovered by Andy Griffith while working at the Santa Monica nightclub The Horn, and he later joined The Andy Griffith Show as Gomer Pyle. The character proved popular, and Nabors was given his own spin-off show Gomer Pyle,
 


Jerry Van Dyke

Jerry McCord Van Dyke was an American actor and comedian, and the younger brother of Dick Van Dyke. He made his television acting debut on The Dick Van Dyke Show with several guest appearances as Rob Petrie's brother, Stacey. Later in his career from 1989 to 1997, he portrayed Luther Van Dam on the ABC sitcom Coach.
 
Keith Jackson

Keith Max Jackson was an American sportscaster, known for his career with ABC Sports, his intelligent yet folksy coverage of college football, and his distinctive voice, with its deep cadence and operatic tone considered "like Edward R. Murrow reporting on World War II, the voice of ultimate authority in college football."
 
Two celebrities has died in the past couple of days. Firstly, Irish singer Dolores O'Riordan from The Cranberries has died suddenly yesterday; and just a few hours ago, Jessica Falkholt died from injuries sustained in a crash on Boxing Day that claimed the lives her parents (who were killed instantly) and her sister (who died in hospital a few days later) who were farewell last week (Jessica's life support was switched off last Thursday). It should be noted that the driver in the other car died instantly. Jessica played Hope Morrison in 16 episodes of Home and Away last year and has a role in the upcoming Nine Network series Bite Club and the upcoming feature Harmony with Jacqueline McKenzie (Vale: Jessica Falkholt) (Jessica Falkholt dies in hospital after family killed in South Coast crash).

Ursula Kroeber Le Guin was an American novelist. Working mainly in the genres of fantasy and science fiction, she also authored children's books, short stories, poetry, and essays. Her writing was first published in the 1960s and often depicted futuristic or imaginary alternative worlds in politics, the natural environment, gender, religion, sexuality, and ethnography. In 2016, The New York Times described her as "America's greatest living science fiction writer", although she said that she would prefer to be known as an "American novelist".

John Mahoney was an English-American actor, voice artist, and comedian. Born in Blackpool, Lancashire, England, Mahoney started his career on the stage in 1977 and moved into film in 1980. He played Martin Crane in the American sitcom Frasier on NBC from 1993 to 2004. He also worked as a voice actor, and performed on Broadway and in Chicago theatre
