From what I see, almost all Pokémon regions' real-world counterparts have at least a Chinatown (only Sinnoh and Almia's real-world inspiration, Hokkaido, doesn't have a Chinatown), with Kalos' real-life inspiration (Northern 3/4 France) having some Chinatowns. However, there's no official mentions of any Chinatown in Pokémon World. Does that mean Chinatowns are never heard among Pokémon World's populations, or are they not exist in Pokémon World at all?

well... china doesn't exist in the pokémon universe, so it wouldn't make much sense to have a chinatown, would it?

Chinatowns (at least in the u.s., not gonna speak for other countries because i don't know for sure) exist because of large immigrant populations that arrived in major cities and were created out of the cultural identities and activities of the locals. some pokémon towns do have spots/areas that are representative of another region in the universe, which is somewhat comparable to a chinatown, but it's doubtful that there would ever be an actual chinatown because china doesn't exist in the game's universe.

Alola's Konikoni City looks to be very much China-inspired. That might be the closest we'll get to an actual Chinatown in a Pokémon game.

Given that the pokémon world doesn't have a China so Chinatowns can't exist, I'd say that Chinatowns, Little Italys and Jewish Quarters aren't present in the pokémon world.

However, ethnic enclaves of people from different regions would probably exist in each region's larger cities. Like Saffron City having a Little Hoenn; Lilycove City having a Sinnoh Quarter; or Castelia City having a Kantotown.
