Non-Mafia Defeat the Boss - Pokemon: Kanto

Mmh the dragons do seem to get quite powerful in general, but I can see why. I think balancing them out or taking the average would be the best way to handle it. Luckily there is no bug/dragon out there so no issues with that either.

Pre-Brock, all pokemon are healed between battles... Post-Brock, they aren't but since you're in a city, you could use the Pokemon centre rather than wasting an item.

Pika, Geodude only weighs 20 kilos, Karate Chop will be more painful. If everyone attacks Geodude first turn (2 Karate Chops and a Mega Drain), it should go down, and then we can focus on Sandshrew. Sound like a plan?
