That gives a grand total of 364, which isn't a lot, especially when a lot of the Gen 4 Pokemon aren't exclusive to the game, only 43 of them are exclusive. One easy way would be to add all the Galar mons, an additional 81 Pokemon. That brings the available Pokemon to 419.

Here are a few (mostly of Unova Pokemon, but I couldn't think of any Galar ideas since they're still recent)
Patrat/Watchog (Ground/Normal, based on Naked mole rats)
Sandile line based on camouflage (looking like a floating log) and the Abanda cave crocodile of Western Africa (Water/Ghost)
Purrloin and Liepard (Ice/Dark) Snow leopards
Mienfoo/Mienshao (Fighting/Ground wolverines)
Bunnelby/Diggersby (Ice/Normal snowshoe hares)
Litleo/Pyroar (Ground/Ice, based on the extinct cave lion)
Pancham/Pangoro (Fighting/Fire) based on the sun bear
Rockruff/Lycanroc (Ice) based on arctic wolves
