If the fic is only three chapters long total, I think it's okay to post all at once, but I wouldn't suggest it. If what you mean is that your fic is only three chapters in, then wait three hours before posting a new one. Hell, I'd wait even longer if I were you. It gives people time to read and respond. People are more likely to read a fic that's just started. Not to mention that if you spread it out, you maximize the amount of time your fic has on the WW front page.
