If you need moves for any other Neptuniverse character, though, do ask. I can probably come up with some moves, but take note: I can only do them Paper Mario-style, so you'd just have to adapt from that.
Standard attack: She'd fly up, then strike with a kick, much like Parakarry from the first Paper Mario. Can hit any enemy, spiked or not, because of her Iron Boots being her standard armour, so to speak.
1FP: She'd emit, by way of some kind of smoke-bomb, some kind of tear-gas-haze sort of thing, which has a 33%/33%/33% chance of making foes Dizzy or Asleep, or having no effect.
3FP (Super Rank): She'd scatter several jewel-like things (number varying with Action Command execution), and one would explode each turn, doing 1 damage regardless of defence, to all enemies on the field, similar to one of Bobbery's attacks from TTYD.
6FP (Ultra Rank): Somehow (no idea how; my notes don't go into much detail), she'd attack up to 5 times for 1 damage each, hitting a random foe each time, and then restore 5 HP to whichever party member (her or her partner) has the lowest HP. If both were at max HP, it'd refund 5 of the 6 FP spent on using that attack instead.
...Right at the bottom of the notes. Apparently, he was going to be an optional partner, like Ms. Mowz, which makes sense, considering he was a minor character back then. Now, to translate it into prose in my current idiolect rather than crude notation:
Standard attack: Single shot from his bow. Yes, the notes are that old. Anyway, only has 1 attack power and has no effect on metallic enemies.
1FP: A poisoned arrow that has 2 attack and may make the target Poisoned, Dizzy or Asleep. Does nothing on metallic enemies.
3FP (Super Rank): A strike with his tail that ignores enemy defences and does at least 2 damage, depending on the Action Command. Damages all enemies (but not all at once), and may make non-metallic enemies Poisoned, Dizzy or Asleep. Note: he cannot react airborne enemies with this attack.
5FP (Ultra Rank): A version of his 1FP attack that hits all enemies on-screen and has the same effects, but is useless on metallic enemies.
...Judging by that, he seems pretty useless in battle, and there are no notes detailing his HP or field ability, so I assume that's where his strengths were going to be.
Anyone else you need the moveset for that I might have listed as a partner? My notes aren't indexed too well, so it'd just be easier for me to Ctrl-F a name rather than look for a list manually.
Standard attack: He fires 1-5 (depending on the Action Command) small fireballs that do 1 damage each, similar to the Fire Flower sticker from Sticker Star. This can only hit the front enemy, but can hit airborne enemies and spiked enemies without consequence. May Burn.
2FP: Surrounds player's side of the stage with fire, increasing attack and defence by 1 point each for 1-3 turns, depending on how well the Action Command is done, and has a small chance of Burning enemies that make direct contact.
4FP (1st Rank Up): A kind of fiery boomerang that hits all ground enemies first, then all airborne enemies on the return flight. May Burn. Stylish Commands when the boomerang is at its furthest point on the right, and just as it returns to El.
6FP (2nd Rank Up): Gives all on-screen enemies Burn status for 1-4 turns, depending on how well the Action Command is executed.
