Wow, IL is just full of dysfunctional families. I'm guessing that, sooner or later, Roy/Roza will find his/her way back to Jo for some kind of moral support?
I somehow managed to jump outside the boundaries of an early level, glitching me into a much later level (though I think the gimmick was that the two levels were connected insofar as there was a collectible in the former that you can only physically reach by a passage into the former from the latter). Of course, upon completing said later level long before time, the game went apesh*t, effecively sealing off the first half of the game's levels.
Yeah...
I had a copy of Rayman DS once, and I managed to break the game so hard. In terms of software, that is. Physically, the cartridge was unharmed. But its content...Split wide open. No idea how. Yay, glitches...
Britrage. It happens a lot. And it's an occupational hazard of working alongside an Englishman.
...I find it offensive. I mean, the UK has to wait for the European release date and- (YOU HAVE HEARD THIS RANT BEFORE!)- it rarely, if ever, actually has an English English translation! The North American releases all get extra bonus features, which are removed and replaced, in the European release, with the capacity to swap to the other four of the Big Five European languages (plus sometimes Dutch, and even more rarely, Portuguese and Russian), but the English is never changed to proper English!! We're forced to wait weeks- sometimes months- for a game identical to its North American counterpart, for what it's worth. It's not fair that we have to wait that long, and be forced to put up with 'favors', 'colors', 'favorites', 'jewelry', 'aluminum', 'trash cans' and 'sidewalks'!!
*heavy rage-breathing*
Indeed. I don't really get why the Rabbids were so popular in the first game, then its sequel. I played both (unless I dreamed that there were two), and neither could compare to the likes of Rayman 2: The Great Escape (AND ITS SUBSEQUENT THOUSAND REMAKES).
...And yet, when a game comes out in Europe first, North America has to wait 48 hours maximum.
...Huh. Rayman went a similar way to Spyro, except Rayman managed to, by way of Origins, find his way back to the path of righteousness. I mean, Rabbids? For crying out loud...
Skylanders, for me, is a massive joke and mockery of what Spyro once was. It's saddening to see what was a great triad of PS1 games degenerate across the ages into a war game set in an Eragon-esque world and a separate other series in which Spyro plays a minor role...I mean, GEEZAS!
The only ones that have my interest so far are NSMBU (what happened to NSMBMii? Or was that a working title?), Scribblenauts Unlimited, Nintendo Land, and that Zelda title that's not out yet. But considering I'm only interested in four games, I may as well buy an Xbox 360; there are just as many games that I want for that- that, another console that I'm meh about.
...I'll wait until then. I'm not saying there won't be one; I'm just saying, I don't think it'll be worth rushing out and buying it on the day of its release, nor for at least a year thereafter.
Yeah, but not enough to invest in the entire console for.
...Also, am I mistaken, or did I just now realise that the carousel tune from SM64's Big Boo's Haunt is the one-and-same as Farewell To Gibdos from Majora's Mask?
