  • I actually have a kinda funny anecdote about Lost World...So my father was basically in your situation several years ago, especially with the room with the rising water-switches (to put this into perspective: I was about 6, and this is the Dreamcast version we're talking about, so, yes, 2002 is an accurate date). He was on the verge of ragequitting when I just picked up the controller and basically did it for him.

(The funny part for me is that I seem to remember that room with the water and the stone snake having a totally different layout back then- yet the DX map of that room is identical to its DC counterpart, and neither of those match what I remember...)
Aw, why? Given how much I liked the Wind Stone/Ice Stone gimmicks, Lost World had my favourite overworld-to-level entrance (in Knuckles' story, that is).
    :-D
    ...Well done, I guess.

Meanwhile, in England...fun fact: I now wear lipstick. True story. Then again, me being me, did you expect anything less?
    Such fun.

And now I shall prod you in the name of posting.
*le prod with fabulous, sexy-coloured-emerald-green-fingernailed finger*
If you were to buy both SADX and SA2B, then yes. Also consider that I saw a European FreeLoader (yeah, talk about irony- the FL discs themselves are region locked...) for just under £10. I don't know how much that is in Canada-money, but it can't be too much. It's just something to consider.

    Aaaaaaand Neptuneslash.
...It'd cost less than buying SADX/SA2B for your own region when I'm happy to give them to you from the European region.
...WAIT! I JUST HAD A BRAIN!

Can't you get a disc called 'FreeLoader', which you boot up first, then swap it out for the disc in question, enabling you to bypass region-locking? I'm pretty sure I saw one for the Wii once that said 'Works on Gamecube games' on the box, or something like that. Maybe that's your answer.
I don't know. Intentionally just to piss the two of us off and throw a spanner in the works of my generosity?

Do bear in mind that it's a Gamecube game, though. Did they have region-locking back then, or was it just superficial?
Indeed. And, come to think of it, aren't the discs region-locked, or is that just DVDs? I mean, I'm quite willing to send you the actual discs, but I'm wondering if they'd actually work in Canada. Also it'd be nice if we could at least split the shipping cost between the two of us, but what are friends for?

    Speaking of shipping...Neptuneslash?
