  • Exactly.

And I recommend shoving Jet aside and literally pulling his partner out of the closet.
    OH OKAYZ.

And if I may: I think you could OP the next one, too, so long as I give an outline of the scene here and now. So let's say that Daz is just randomly wandering around the school for whatever reason, in the morning, before the start of the day, and he just so happens to pass some kind of, I don't know, janitorial closet or something, and he pauses, because he can hear something therein. I can take it from there.
    ...Is J-x-R still going?

(It sounds like I'm being impatient, but I'm not. There's just no way of asking that without sounding like I am, but no. I'm just asking. Inb4 ORLY; YARLY.)
Does Daisy (and, by extension, Joseph), judging by those clips, qualify as a Cloud Cuckoolander, too?

    (YARLY.)
Well, allow me to share this video with you. While I still can't guarantee that the Yoshi thing has a future, it's still possible to find parallels between the characters of Not Going Out (in the video) and of the Yoshi thing; namely: Daisy, the dark-haired Ditz girl that that video focuses on is a good parallel of Joseph; Lucy (the blonde-haired girl) is one of Skye; Lee (the dark-haired cynical guy) is, I guess, a fair match for Yoshi, and Tim (the blond-ish guy who's in the process of going bald) matches up fairly well to Richie's character. I just thought I'd share that with you. Also, the compilation of Daisy's best moments is pretty damn funny, so even if this is tl;dr, it's worth a watch.

(Also, I just totally referenced a Eurovision song in J-x-R.)
Blame the 75% of me that's gay. Therefore, I only share your sentiment to a quarter of the strength you do. But I do find their interpersonal play of emotions quite something. I think that was where some of the appeal of HiD came from, too.

Meanwhile, perhaps you remember that comedy-thing I mentioned some time ago, where the cast consisted of a bunch of Yoshis and three Koopas?
