Use your imagination a little. My only stipulation is that there is a secured block located one square away from the target, like this:
*TARGET*
*EMPTY SQUARE*
*SECURE BLOCK*
I mean, the puzzle can't be too easy, but you've led sections like this before- especially in the earlier runs of the Ice Temple in the series. The only difference here is that the blocks don't slide along the floor; they move one square at a time.
I said they might cameo in RS, but they didn't, so probably not. They will appear at some point, but if they don't appear in this (and if they do, it'll be just a cameo), the earliest they'll début proper will be ISA, or possibly even WYM. If not the former, definitely the latter; if so, the former, perhaps not the latter.
Meanwhile, Moon Logic Puzzle/Solve The Soup Cans time! The unsecured blocks in the room can be dragged around, and the blocks in the + formation move as one object. Stepping on the switch by the turret will release a ball of energy which hurts upon contact, and can be redirected by the + blocks, destroyed by all the other blocks (and the walls, as well as hitting someone), and their direction can be reversed by hitting them with the laser sword/knife. The objective, of course, is to guide one such ball into the target on the right.
I suppose I'm to commandeer progress from here onwards? Because the Tritons et al have left the Hot Shelter part of the ship and have entered the bit that looks like Hot Shelter if it were a TLoZ dungeon.
...Well, guess what?! I'm still holding all the cards. And you know what else? They're all full houses. Yep.
*beat*
I don't know how to play cards. I should probably learn.
...Say, just in case this pit isn't actually bottomless, would you mind unstrapping one of those long-fall boots and shoving me into it?
*beat*
Just remember to land on one foot!~♪
Funrelated fact: For some reason, on the version of iTunes that my laptop has, there's a rather curious entry on the list of possible genres you can list a song under.
The 'interesting' part of the list reads as follows:
Followed by a princess punching a solid metal robot in the face. Seems that Anastasiya is the only princess that could do that without it resulting in a Remember That Time You Forgot To Think? moment.
Trivia: I've decided that, what with her being Russian, Anastasiya is a bear.
