  • Now then, I should probably go now. I'm starting to get hungry, and I've got a lot of stuff to do tomorrow. It involves moving a whole bunch of heavy boxes around. On the plus side, it means I'm getting a king-size bed. Oh, but I probably won't be getting any free time for internets, nor any internet connection, so...well, we'll see. For now, though: I SLEEP.
    Fair enough.

...I assume RS is still ongoing?
(And I worked it out. 2007 is exactly between Pernilla Wahlgren's victory (1998) and Muse's (2016). Am I Fridge Brilliant or what?)
    YARLY, despite all appearances.

Um...what exactly did happen there in TEM? All I'm aware of is El breaking in and ransacking the place in the name of the TM for Dig. Also, I seem to have somehow sage-d the ATEE thread.
    INDEED.

You don't care, but here's the performance that won ESC 2007 for Little Miss Serbia.
And yes, she is a she.
YARLY. On the page of the same name, a pie chart labelled 'The Battle', reading as follows: 25% red lasers; 25% blue lasers; 50% KNOWING.
True story. And I only get the second reference because of TVTropes.

Meanwhile, how do I go about what happens next in TEM?
YARLY. And thank Djinn for the 3DS System Transfer utility. That's right, I said utility. What are you going to do about it?

    Maybe indeed.
YARLY. And I finally bought a replacement 3DS today. I might still get Nintendo to repair my old one, though. We shall see. Or, rather, I shall see. Chances are, you don't care. As usual.

I thought you said we'd be continuing with TEM as well as RS?
I hadn't either, until the other day. It's a Japanese film that makes precious little sense.
You've had plenty of time to read it all. I've been watching Akira.

My response: Dafuq did I just watch?
Then I must elaborate. As previously stated, yes, that's who he marries (and affectionately refers to as 'Knuxie'. How cute.). However, there comes a point where Herbert loses his temper with Middy altogether, and, essentially, outlaws homosexuality altogether. And, as with most things that are illegal in Blazia, regardless of which world it's in, that makes it punishably by death. So Middy and Knuxie end up fleeing the country in order to stay alive, and their world's version of Jet joins them during their escape for reasons too complex and bizarre to bother explaining. In the end, they end up living in a house somewhere in southern England. Legally, Jet is their lodger, but Middy just considers him a brother, since his own siblings kind of didn't tolerate him. As a matter of fact, it was the intolerance of Leslie and Dawn's OSCs that resulted in him meeting Knuxie in the first place...but that's a story for another time.

    (YARLY.)
    HM I SEE.

Could be...Then again, I don't really think Middy's the adoptive sort. As his creator, I can assure you that, despite how the stereotypes and it may appear, he's not a huge fan of childcare. Whether that extends to the rest of his immediate family or not, though, is up for debate.
    ...I did mention Middy's future following TFC, didn't I?

(Of course, it'd just be easier to avoid these complications altogether and not have an OSC Team Triton, or, if I do change my mind, just have OSCs of Cal and Jonah, but an 'empty slot' in the team for the nonexistant OSC of Rex.)
