From what I've seen, it seems that the two newly-added fishing-ponds are in the Southern Swamp and the Great Bay (then again, where else could they have realistically put fishing-ponds?), and they've introduced quill-statues alongside owl-statues. I'm not sure what the difference is, but, if I had to guess, I'd say it's like the difference between the bird-statues and the diamond-with-wings-statues in Skyward Sword (as in both allow you to save, but you can only teleport to one of them). Also, the Song of Time no longer saves your progress automatically...which means that the game will either rely completely on quick-saves (which I doubt) or they've opened up a sizeable window to allow for ragequits and whatnot.
The opposite side of the clock tower to the way inside. Also, the owl statue is now opposite the bank, instead of at the side of the tower. If you've not inferred it by now, they've changed the area behind the clock tower just a bit, to accommodate these changes.
