Yeah =), which I'm glad about considering I am graduating and it would've sucked to know they gave it to someone younger, less experienced, and irresponsible.
The auditions sucked either way with ours as well--they said 'We just wanna hear what you can do, but we already have people in mind for parts'. Which was dumb. Because of them I almost did not get a role I deserved, but at the last minute the girl who had it got kicked off for drug use and stuff XD
Hmm--we, the kids, had to force our drama teachers into doing auditions because we were sick of them picking people based on who they liked rather than talent.
I hate it--our school's so small that half the drama kids believe they are the bomb and the play can't function without them (which is kinda true...) so they just act like brats.
They wouldn't let me do any makeup on them! At all! It was horrible just trying to get their foundation on, some mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow! And blush! That was as hard as teaching a kindergartner how to raise their hand!!
