I thought it was obvious, as only males can pass down egg moves, and the reason that smeargle exists is egg moves. It's not too much of a worry anyway.

i may use it in my competitive battling team, i use dusknoir, who is still really useful for most of the threats in the metagame (i run fire punch, ice punch, shadow sneak and will o wisp) so i can basically cover all steels, dragons, pysical attackers who arn't tyranitar, and shadow sneak helps to finish sashed pokemon and to deal with the likes of starmie and latios. However it often lets be down in the attacking area, missing crucial KOs, so a gliscor could help out, packing extra attack, baton pass and swords dance so we shall see how it goes
