Where exactly are you finding this error? I took a look at Infernape's page, but Vigoroth's and Dewott's menu sprites appear just as they should.

The "no" is meant to be unnoticeable, and is the same color as the background. The white background indicates that in the specified generation, the Pokémon was not considered to have a unique typing.
