If Cyrus was growing up in The Fifties, he would've been given all of the credit, that he was (supposedly) tough enough to overcome it. Iris would've been shoved off to the side.
However, these guys are much more malacious. While Cyrus is more Chaotic Good, Nathrezim are always Lawful Evil.
And actually, I'm changing the Demon that posessed Cyrus. It's still a Nathrezim, but one that's a bit more famous. Tichondrius. He was "killed" by Arthas Menethil. However, it's implied that Nathrezim never truly die. Their spirits remain in the universe and they can posess someone to act as their new body.
Furthermore... Tichondrius was the demon that corrupted Sargeras, who founded the Burning Legion, so he's indirectly the cause of all evil in the Warcraft universe.
Hoo, boy. Cyrus is going to have one hell of a time- Oh wait, he won't even know it happened.
Let's see, I'm going to try to match up the personality traits of said demon with a WC demon type, and we'll have that sorted out. And then I'll look for a name typical of that demon race
It shouldn't be punny. In the Aetherverse, gjinkas native to various habitats tend to have names of a certain origin. Let's see my list...

Mountainous and cave-dwellers - Germanic
Field and woodland-dwellers - East European
Aquatic - Pacific-based
Birds and the Arcanine Clan - Anglo-Saxon
Reptillian - Asian
