I tend to just listen to the normal music from the game when playing (though I tend to like the Wild Battle themes so that helps a lot in that regard).

I tend to listen to the Anime BGM myself, but I do have some of the game tracks like the Isshu Gym Battle Leader theme and the Wild Pokémon Theme on my ipod.
