  • Steven just mentioned the Coen brothers, he compared his working with Peter as being a director duo like the Coen brothers.
Steven Spielberg was the director, and Peter Jackson the producer, but Peter was also almost like a co-director because Steven says he has never had such extensive cooperation with a producer as to consult with eachother about changing lines and things about the script.
Yeah, Steven rarely disappoints, well he did with Indy 4 but I enjoyed that one too I must admit.
LOL this was just very funny, Peter Jackson tells he was asked by Steven if he wanted to work with him on Tintin, and Peter Jackson says: "well I had to think very serious about that, it took me well... 2 or 3 seconds" LOL.
Steven won 2 Oscars for best director, 1 for Schindler's List and 1 for Saving Private Ryan, and 1 for best picture, also Schindler's List, but he has had SOOO many nominations man, but really good he got 2 Oscars.
Peter Jackson tells he and Spielberg met for the very first time when Steven handed him the Oscar for LotR.
I am watching an interview with Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson, and they're talking about Tintin, it's GREAT, and very funny, Steven Spielberg is very formal in suit, and Peter Jackson just sits there in a blouse and shorts and hiker shoes, LOL.
Yeah, when I first saw that, I also DID NOT UNDERSTAND that AT ALL, but later I read up on it.
I will explain: the Engineer swallowed the black liquid that made the humans zombies later in the film. It disintegrated the Engineer's body, and as such his DNA was spread on the world, which gave birth to human life. The cloaked Engineer basically sacrificed himself to give life to human race.
If you liked Noomi here, she's FANTASTIC in the Milennium trilogy of films, the Swedish ones, really good movies.
I think it's interesting that Shaw didn't want to go home but to go to the Engineer planet, VERY INTERESTING.
Prometheus had such an open ending, IT REALLY LEFT ROOM FOR A SEQUEL, right? I want to see it VERY BADLY.
