Basically, the one with Dan Green and company is the 4Kids dub of YGO.
The one with Chuck Powers and company is the Odex dub of YGO.
I've watched both-- the Odex dub is a bit more faithful, but the voice casting is atrocious, so I prefer the 4Kids dub for the English Version, as cheesy as it may be at times.
I mean the English dub-- not the Singapore Version by Odex, but the American Version by 4Kids, to be specific.
I find it a little corny and cheesy in comparison to the ORG JPN, but I can't say I dislike it. The voice casting is pretty well done, the replacement music is actually okay/decent, and it seems fine to me. Could've done without making Marik seem like such an ungrateful whiner and some re-writes in Battle City, though.
I liked Memories and DOMA the best, actually: I find Battle City is very overrated.
